Terms and conditions e-commerce
The purchase contract is engaged when you make your purchase at the check out.. An order confirmation is generated automatically. In case there are any irregularities in the order, we will contact you to handle the case further. It may relate to a reservation, the product that you have ordered has got an updated delivery time or other unexpected events.
We only enter into a contract with persons of legal age (18 year and above), alternatively a person of non-legal age who has the approval of a legal guardian.
Change of mind
When shopping at LightsOn you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, counting from the date that you have received your product (not applicable for companies). For the return policy to be valid you need to contact us within these 14 days. Returns are to be sent in original condition to LightsOn AB, Terminalgatan 3, 235 39 Vellinge Sweden.
Return shipping and refunds
If you cancel a purchase you must pay for the return shipping cost yourself. The return policy is only valid if the product is returned undamaged and in good condition. A reimbursement is made at the latest 14 days after we have received the returned product.
Non collected goods
For non-collected goods, a handling fee of 395SEK is charged to the customer for return shipping fees and administrative costs. Make sure to pick up your package as soon as possible from the pickup point. If not picked up in time, the package will be returned to us.
All orders receive a text message from the transport company when the package has arrived at the pickup point. You as a receiver always have the final responsibility for picking up the package. Leaving the package untouched at the pickup point is no valid reason for the cancellation of a purchase.
All prices are stated in the chosen currency. When you reach the check out, it is always clearly mentioned how much you should pay. Discounts or other campaigns are always valid during the campaign period as long as stock last.
Shipping if free of charge for orders within Sweden when you order for at least 500SEK. In case your order is of less value, a shipping fee is applied. For orders outside Sweden, a shipping charge is applied. The goods will be shipped as soon as your address has been verified and the goods has been packed. Usually, orders leave our warehouse within 24h from the time of your purchase.
If you have chosen Home Delivery, you accept that the goods are left at your door - at your risk - in case nobody is at home.
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-2 working days. For orders that are being shipped to other locations, the lead time can be longer. In case your order is delayed, you will be contacted by our Customer Service. Naturally you then have the right to cancel your purchase in case you wish to do so. Note that the delivery time can be longer during public holidays.
We offer a three-year warranty on all our products. The warranty is valid for malfunction or damages occurring under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty is valid from the date of your purchase. A receipt must be available in order to claim a warranty issue.

What is personal data?
Personal data is all information about a living person that can be directly or indirectly linked to that person. It is not limited to names and social security numbers, but also about, for example, pictures and e-mail addresses. The processing of personal data is everything that happens with the personal data in the IT-systems, regardless of whether it is about mobile devices or computers. This concerns, for example, collection, registration, structuring, storage, processing and transmission. In some cases, manual records may also be covered.
The company LightsOn AB (556723-1229) is responsible for all processing of the company’s personal data that takes place.
What personal data do we collect and why?
With us, you can feel safe in the fact that we never ask for any personal data that is not required for us to be able to fulfil our agreement, and that is never collected without a legal basis. We mainly process your name, social security number, address, contact details, information and content that you publish yourself (for example via our social media) and cookies.
When would we disclose your personal data?
We do not disclose any of your personal data to third parties, unless you have given your consent or if it is required to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. Your personal data is only disclosed to third parties in connection with payment and delivery of your order. The occasion when they can be disclosed are as follows:
• Transport (logistics companies and forwarders)
• Payment solutions (card-issuing companies, banks and other payment service providers)
• Marketing (print and distribution, social media, media agencies or advertising agencies)
• IT services (companies that manage necessary operations, technical support and maintenance of our IT solutions)
How long do we store your personal data?
We never save your personal data for longer than is necessary for each process.
What are your rights as a registered user?
As a registered user, you have a number of rights under current legislation. You have the right to receive an extract that shows which personal data we have registered about you. You can request correction of incorrect data and in some cases deletion.
